Job Description

As a Support Coordinator your responsibilities will focus on providing exceptional service and support to our clients, event attendees and internal team members. You will be assisting team members on projects and servicing our call/support center.

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills / Duties

  • You will be assisting in the coordination of event logistics, registration and general office administration and will work closely with members of the team
  • Maintains project awareness in order to keep members of the team informed about status and potential project issues
  • Promote the principles of personalized service in all contacts with clients and event attendees
  • Answer calls from event attendees and provide service information regarding event information, registration payment and respond promptly to all inquiries
  • Handle all requests, complaints and claims of our attendees on all aspects of the customer service; escalated event attendees inquiries (telephone, chat and email) in a timely and courteous fashion; investigate issues where necessary and complete/maintain close monitoring of agreed follow up with the clients/attendees
  • Liaise with internal team members as required to resolve inquiries and concerns
  • Check the accuracy of information contained in the attendee’s files and make any necessary corrections
  • Accurately document calls and resolutions
  • Provide technical office support as required by project team
  • Any related work necessary

Experience

  • A college diploma in administration or related experience; Business or hospitality education is a plus
  • Event industry experience is considered a key asset
  • Pertinent customer service experience
  • Knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with web technologies and web savvy

Web/Print Designer

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who will flourish and grow within our development team. Streampoint offers a high energy environment where innovation and creativity is strongly encouraged.

The web / print designer position will involve working with the development and project management team to setup print ready creative in pantone and CMYK for press. In addition, this person will also be responsible for creating web ready creative and implementation via CSS and HTML to help build event registration sites.

Desired Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the developers and project managers to implement user interfaces for event registration sites.
  • Executing pixel perfect creative sites with our schema.
  • Attend local industry networking events
  • Theming and maintenance of WordPress sites
  • Create press ready artwork for clients

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (JQuery/Angular) a plus
  • Experience with responsive design and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap would be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work with the Adobe suite of products and knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging of HTML and CSS code

Project Manager / Business Analyst

Job Description

Streampoint Solutions is a fast-paced, dynamic organization in search of a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our growing team.

The Project Manager is the primary point-of-contact for the client in planning and delivering Streampoint’s event registration software, working to ensure a timely and quality implementation that is within budget. This person is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction during the relationship and success relies heavily on the Project Manager’s ability to communicate, set, and maintain clear expectations with all parties involved. They will demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, while working simultaneously with account managers and developers.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure the successful completion of the projects, on time, within budget and in accordance with Streampoint’s accepted business standards
  • Ensure that project files and the customer database are maintained in a complete and up-to-date manner, including client and internal post-event reports
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Streampoint software development team
  • Analyze client’s business processes and develop functional requirements via Streampoint’s Detailed Requirements Document (DRD)
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Provide high customer service for clients
  • Provide on-site client service and support where required

Market Information

  • Represent the company in relevant industry associations focused primarily on project management, when requested
  • Keep abreast of current project management practices in the industry by attending other events, meetings, and industry related functions and making recommendations based on gained knowledge, as deemed appropriate
  • Stay current on relevant U.S. and Canadian market and industry information

Miscellaneous Marketing & Administrative

  • Recommend process enhancements to assist in creating higher levels of customer care
  • Administer project management documents and reports as well as producing client correspondence such as but not limited to project timelines, compliance documents, monthly expenses
  • Follow proper accounting, contracting and accounts receivable procedures whenever required
  • Assist in maintaining and driving company culture

Preferred Qualifications and Required Skills

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, multi-task with ease, and have exceptional organizational skills, specifically in project management, communication and customer care along with a supportive business background.

  • Solid experience with project management and strong human relations skills are essential
  • Demonstrates strong multi-tasking experience
  • Managerial experience is preferred
  • Excellent presentation, written/verbal communication, negotiation, creative, organization and interpersonal skills are also required
  • Proven experience in people management, risk management, strategic planning, & change management
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point, SQL and experience with presentation software (Incumbent must have the ability to learn new systems)
  • Ability to travel (minimum 1 week/month ); weekend work will be required at certain times (valid Passport required)
  • Computer systems setup and computer networking is considered an asset
