Such as but not limited to: registration type selections, seminars, social event, meal preferences and rooming reservation requests / preferences and another demographic type question an event organizer requests / implements.
- Credit Card payment processing may occur using show managements merchant accounts if deemed required / or necessary.

- Once personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, we may anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws and standards. Anonymized data is no longer considered personal data under the GDPR, and may be used by Streampoint for analytical, research, or statistical purposes.

This ensures your data is protected industry strong and compliant encryption and other security measures.
- In the event you register through our registration platform, we may transmit your personal data, including your name, email address, demographic information and event preferences, to event organizers and authorized third-party event management platforms for the purposes of registration processing, attendance facilitation and / or hotel reservation bookings.
- We engage third-party vendors under binding data processing agreements and ensure they implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information. Nevertheless, as these vendors operate under their own privacy policies, we advise you to review their practices separately.

7. Where do we store your data and how long is it kept?
Streampoint securely stores its data in two US Data centers providing geo redundant fail over.
Streampoint will keep your registration / reservations data for as long as our customer(s) contracts are valid, unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Once the customer contract has expired, Streampoint will delete all your event data within 180 calendar days or less.
